Rules & Entry Information:
Please be sure to --READ ALL THESE RULES to
find out how PICTURES MUST BE SENT AND WHAT INFORMATION MUST
BE SENT ALONG WITH THE ENTRY. If we receive an entry from you--you acknowledge having read the rules and you both are
agreeing and abiding by the rules via your entry submission!

Pictures & Official Entries for both the Theme and Photo Contests can be entered via email at:

1. No bashing, name calling, threats
or rude comments--will be allowed. This is a family-centered site with children and other people with feelings that should
be respected! And remember, We are here to have FUN!!
2. If sending entries and pictures via email--All files must be sent
as JPEG or GIF, NO zipped files. If I recieve a zipped file it will be deleted. This is
to protect against the spread of viruses!Pictures sent to me in the incorrect format will not be able to be posted sorry.
Also, Please try to keep photos under 100k! Thankyou!
Remember, you could always mail them in!
But, also--make note that if we get an entry after the
due date--it will be entered into the following contest cycle! If mailing via snail mail--please put full name of child
and their age on the back!
Please note:
Pictures should only be sent in by a parent or grandparent of that child! Pictures will not be returned!
PLEASE MAKE NOTE: Any pictures that you
are sending to us--by doing so--you automatically give us permission to use the sent/entered photos for our website,
brochures and any/all Pegasus Pageants means! You, nor anyone else-cannot hold us or our member staff, liable for any
issues--whatsoever! Also, we are not responsible for loss of photos or information--via any ways/forms or media!
3. Age division
or theme MUST be written in the subject line. If you are writing to ask a question, comment, or suggestion--please
put that in the subject line. Thanks!
4. The following information MUST be sent with each and every entry--in order to be accepted and not deleted.
The Entry Must Include The Following:

Only one entry per division! (Example:
You are a mother who wants to enter the 16+ division and the Mommy's division--you would need to send two separate entries
and entry fees for each! This also applies to if you are entering the Photo Contest and the Theme contest!)

$16 for 1 photo
$25 to enter 1-3 photos
Entry Fees for the Theme Contest:
$12 for 1 photo
$20 to enter 1-3 photos
Please be sure
when sending pictures to me via email to: have them sent to me already being saved with the following information in
it: the childs name and age. (No spaces) Thanks! No abbreviations of your own please.
5. Pictures are to be as current as possible,
no older than 6 months. This goes for theme pictures, also. All types of pictures are acceptable--except nude or untasteful
pictures--which will not be accepted! Copyrighted materials, however, should have a letter of release! You are responsible
for obtaining this release! We are free of liability for this and if we receive a picture from you--we are under the
knowledge and understanding that you have copyright approval/release for the photos you are submitting! Be sure to not
have Children with a lot of makeup--we look for childrens'
natural beauty! Pictures with Color and B&W
photos are accepted!

THEME CONTEST--DIVISIONS!
1)
Baby Boys/Toddlers 0-3 yrs.

Boys/Gentlemen 4 years and Above

Girls/Ladies 4 years and Above
There is no set cap on the divisions--the director--at her discretion--upon
seeing a division fill up--may close a division early! Judges names and info are kept private--to keep things fair!
Also, only Title winners will receive a trophy!
Titles to be WON in the Photo Contest!!!
There will
be an Overall Grand Supreme King, and a Overall Grand Supreme Queen, and then there will be 1 Division King and 1 Prince per
division (and) 1 Division Queen and 1 Princess per division!
Which is a total
of: 36 possible titles different contestants could win!
Titles to be WON in the Theme Contest!!!
There will be
one Supreme Theme King and one Supreme Theme Queen per division--
Which is a total of: 4 possible titles different contestants could win!

Deadlines:
The Photo Contest
runs the 1st of each month until the 25th! The winners will be posted by the end of the month!
The Theme contests
are rotating--so as they fill and are closed--winners will be chosen and announced!

***Payments for
Entry Fees are accepted in the following forms:
Paypal (Add $1.50 Paypal Fee
to Entry Fee), Official/Casher's Check or Money Order Only!
No Personal Check--Sorry! And No Refunds!
If
you stated in your entry that you are paying via Paypal--we will send
you an invoice after receiving your entry! You are not offficially entered into the contest until Proper Entries
and Fees have been sent and received!
